The Role

• Prepare operating rooms, instruments, and medical equipment.
• Assist during surgical procedures, adhering to all hygiene and safety standards.
• Anticipate and provide instruments during operations.
• Manage the professional reprocessing and aftercare of instruments and materials.
• Provide patient care before, during, and after surgery.
• Document all procedures and materials used.

What You'll Need

• Completed training as an OTA (Surgical Technician), or as a Registered Nurse with surgical experience or specialized training.
• Possess a strong sense of responsibility and organized work ethic.
• Excellent teamwork skills and a proactive, respectful approach to collaboration.
• Valid driver's license.
