Job Description

Mechanical Project Manager

Wolverhampton

Due to continued growth and a strong project pipeline, our client is looking to appoint aMechanical Project Managerto join their expanding team. Theyre also open to ambitious Mechanical Project Engineers ready to step up.

Youll deliver a mix of refurbishment and new-build projects across multiple sectors, managing projects from cradle to grave.

The Role:

  • Overseeing multiple mechanical/HVAC projects
  • Managing budgets and programme delivery
  • Leading site teams and coordinating with Electrical PMs
  • Ensuring Health & Safety compliance
  • Controlling labour and materials within budget

What Were Looking For:

Proven experience delivering mechanical building services projects

Commercial or industrial project background

CSCS (SMSTS & First Aid desirable)
