The Role

• Delight customers with an appealing presentation of goods, expert advice, and excellent service at the fresh food counter.
• Skillfully prepare, portion, and enhance a variety of fresh products, including meats, cheeses, and deli items.
• Independently create specialty items using proprietary recipes.
• Develop and implement innovative ideas for sales-promoting activities.
• Maintain impeccable product presentation, freshness, and adherence to hygiene standards with a keen eye for detail.

What You'll Need

• Ideally, a completed apprenticeship or prior professional experience in the food retail or (system) gastronomy sector.
• A genuine interest in processing and preparing fresh meat and related products.
• Enthusiasm for customer interaction and a passion for the retail industry.
• Strong customer focus, excellent communication skills, teamwork, and a sense of responsibility.
• Availability to work various shifts as required.
