Tonya Edwards State Farm Agency in Virginia Beach, VA is looking for a motivated, people-focused Insurance Sales Representative to join our team full-time. This is an opportunity to build a career in insurance while helping customers protect what matters most. Insurance experience is not requiredwe are willing to train the right person.

Compensation includes a guaranteed base salary of $36,000$42,000, based on experience and licensing, plus commission and bonus opportunities. If you enjoy talking with people, building relationships, and working toward goals, we would like to hear from you.

What Youll Do
~ Contact prospective customers, develop insurance quotes, and present coverage options.
~ Build relationships with new and existing customers.
~ Follow up with leads and identify opportunities to grow the agency.
~ Explain insurance products clearly and help customers make informed decisions.
~ Provide friendly, professional service throughout the sales process.
~ Work toward individual and team sales goals.

What Were Looking For
~ Sales, customer service, or relationship-building experience preferred, but not required.
~ Property & Casualty license, or willingness to obtain one prior to start date.
~ Life & Health license, or willingness to obtain one.
~ Strong communication and listening skills.
~ Self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable working toward goals.
~ Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
~ Ability to build trust and develop lasting customer relationships.
