The Role

• Serve as a point of contact for parents and/or teachers.

What You'll Need

• (Technical) high school diploma, a qualified vocational qualification, or certified technician/business administrator status.
• German language proficiency at B2 level.
• A genuine passion for working with children.
• Patience, resilience, and the ability to manage conflicts effectively.
• Empathy combined with assertiveness.
• Strong sense of responsibility and a keen interest in social issues.
