Sr. Systems Analyst

Kohler seeks a Sr. Systems Analyst to support hospitality-focused systems across its global manufacturing and resort businesses. You will analyze business needs, design and optimize applications and integrations, and lead enhancements to property-management and guest-facing platforms. Partnering with IT, operations, and hospitality teams, you'll improve workflows, data quality, and user experience. You will own requirements, testing, and deployment, coordinate with vendors, and drive continuous improvement in a culture built on craftsmanship, innovation, sustainability, and gracious living.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize hospitality and property-management systems supporting manufacturing and resort operations
• Gather, document, and translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Configure, test, and implement system enhancements, integrations, and interfaces
• Collaborate with IT, operations, and hospitality stakeholders to improve workflows and guest experiences
• Develop reports, dashboards, and data insights for decision-making
• Ensure data integrity, system security, and regulatory compliance
• Lead incident resolution, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams on upgrades, patches, and new capabilities
