Job Description
We are seeking a Divisional Vice President of Field Operations to lead and grow our wireless retail business across four regional territories operating inside Walmart Supercenter locations. This executive leader will drive sales performance, strengthen partnerships with Walmart leadership, and develop a high-performing team of Regional Directors and field operations leaders. The ideal candidate brings deep wireless industry expertise, third-party labor (3PL) experience, and a passion for coaching teams and delivering results.
Responsibilities
What You Will Do
Lead and develop a team of Regional Directors across four geographic regions.
Partner with Operations, Compliance, Training, Recruiting, and Analytics support teams to drive consistent execution, field performance, & scalable operations initiatives.
Lead efforts to improve sales quality, reduce charge backs, mitigate financial and compliance risks, and drive sustainable business growth.
Build strong partnerships with Walmart store, market-, and regional-level leadership.
Leverage data and field insights to identify performance gaps, improve transactional retention, and drive meaningful program excellence.
Coach leaders while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
What We Are Looking For
Extensive leadership experience in wireless, telecommunications, or retail operations. Experience leading large, multi-state markets through regional leaders in direct reports capacity. Strong understanding of smartphones, accessories, and service sales business structure. Analytics & Reporting prowess, for identifying opportunities and taking appropriate actions in a remote leadership environment. Ability to demonstrate success in leading large-scale operation changes & sales behavior influence. Exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
A hands-on leader who enjoys spending time in stores and supporting field teams. Experience partnering with Walmart or other similar big box retail organizations is highly preferred. Travel Requirements
This is a highly travel-intensive role requiring regular airline and automobile travel throughout assigned markets. Travel is expected to be approximately 70% of the time. Why This Role Matters

Physical Requirements
Sit for extended periods (typically 6+ hours per day)
Use a computer, including keyboard and mouse, for prolonged periods
Lift and carry light items (e.g., files, office supplies, laptops, typically 20+ pounds)
Reach, bend, or stoop occasionally to access files or office materials
Maintain focus and attention for long periods of desk-based work
Follow clear directions
Perform repetitive motions (e.g., typing, clicking) consistently throughout the day
Strong interpersonal and highly developed writing skills; acute attention to detail.
