As a Manager Paid Media, you will spearhead the creation, execution, and optimization of search engine marketing campaigns that drive measurable business outcomes. Leveraging deep expertise in Google Ads and SA360, you will manage large-scale budgets, architect bid strategies, and analyze performance to continuously elevate ROI. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaign objectives with broader marketing initiatives, ensuring seamless brand consistency across digital touchpoints. By staying ahead of industry trends and platform updates, you will provide strategic guidance and best practices that keep our paid media efforts cutting‑edge and highly effective. 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

• Develop and implement end-to-end paid search strategies across Google Ads and SA360.

• Manage day‑to‑day operations of paid media campaigns, including bid management, budget allocation, and performance monitoring.

• Conduct keyword research, ad copy optimization, and audience segmentation to improve CTR and conversion rates.

• Build and maintain robust reporting dashboards, delivering insights on spend, ROAS, and key performance indicators.

• Collaborate with creative, content, and product teams to ensure campaign messaging is cohesive and on‑brand.

• Lead A/B testing initiatives, landing page optimization, and conversion funnel analysis to refine campaign effectiveness.

• Stay current with Google Ads features, SA360 updates, and industry best practices, providing strategic recommendations to stakeholders.

• Train and mentor junior team members on paid media tools, processes, and analytical techniques.

• Conduct competitive analysis to benchmark performance and identify growth opportunities within the search ecosystem.

• Ensure compliance with Google policies, data privacy regulations, and internal governance standards.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝗸𝗲𝘀 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗮 𝗚𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝗙𝗶𝘁

• Minimum 3+ years of hands‑on experience managing paid search campaigns at scale.

• Proven expertise in Google Ads, including Search, Shopping, and Display formats.

• Strong proficiency in SA360 with a valid SA360 certification or equivalent experience.

• Demonstrated ability to drive measurable ROI through data‑driven optimization and strategic bidding.

• Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Data Studio, and Excel.

• Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting insights to technical and non‑technical audiences.

• Experience working in a fast‑paced environment, managing multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously.

• Strong understanding of digital marketing analytics, attribution models, and conversion optimization.
