Compensation:
$150,000
Responsibilities:
Support clients during claims processes, including in-person visits when needed
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and business activity
Oversee administrative tasks, including budgeting and recruiting
Stay current on product offerings, industry trends, and state regulations
Collaborate with underwriting and internal support teams
Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience in creating and executing marketing and sales plans is required
Background or experience in agriculture is a plus
Ability to manage office operations and hire staff
Proven track record of personal or professional success
Goal-oriented and self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills
