seeking a highly experienced Senior PEGA Lead System Architect (LSA) to join its Customer Service transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in PEGA Customer Service (CS) Framework, PEGA Constellation, and enterprise application architecture.
This is a hands-on technical leadership role where you will design, develop, and deliver end-to-end PEGA Customer Service solutions while collaborating directly with the client. You will also lead development teams, establish technical best practices, and drive automation and digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop end-to-end PEGA Customer Service (CS) solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Architect scalable, secure, and high-performing PEGA applications using Constellation architecture.
- Lead hands-on application development using PEGA best practices.
- Collaborate directly with business stakeholders and client teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Lead and mentor PEGA development teams by assigning work, reviewing code, and ensuring adherence to development standards.
- Conduct architecture reviews and recommend improvements to optimize application performance and scalability.
- Develop workflows, user interfaces, integrations, and business process automations.
- Design and implement integrations with enterprise applications, APIs, databases, and third-party systems.
- Oversee application deployment, release management, and documentation.
- Support production implementations, monitor applications, troubleshoot issues, and recommend continuous improvements.
- Drive digitization and automation initiatives to improve customer service capabilities and operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline. Equivalent work experience will also be considered.
- Minimum 8+ years of hands-on PEGA development experience.
- PEGA Lead System Architect (LSA) Level 1 Certification (Mandatory).
- Strong hands-on expertise in:
- PEGA Lead System Architecture (LSA)
- PEGA Customer Service (CS) Framework
- PEGA Constellation Architecture
- Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise-grade PEGA Customer Service applications.
- Experience leading large-scale PEGA implementation projects from design through deployment.
- Strong understanding of PEGA architecture, case management, workflows, and integrations.
- Experience with application deployment, release management, and production support.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

- Work directly with Apple stakeholders and business teams.
- Design and develop enterprise PEGA Customer Service solutions.
- Lead technical architecture and implementation activities.
- Drive process digitization and automation initiatives.
- Ensure scalable, reliable, and high-performing PEGA applications.
- Lead development teams through code reviews, release planning, deployment, and technical guidance.
- Deliver high-quality enterprise solutions aligned with client standards and business goals.

Hybrid Schedule: 3 days per week onsite.
Travel Requirements
- Travel to client/project locations may be required.
The role may involve extended periods of computer work and collaboration with client teams through phone, email, and in-person meetings
