Oracle EPM Specialist -Hybrid

Job Description
Place of Performance: A hybrid work is schedule is approved. Contractors will be required to work on-site at various locations, specifically:
• 4100 Garden City Dr, Hyattsville, MD 20785
• 300 7th St SW, Washington, DC 20024
• 2401 Mill Road, Alexandria, VA 22314
This role will support the Budget and Forecast processes for Capital, Personnel, and Operating budgets within the EPM Planning applications. It will design and implement enhancements to the Capital and Operating planning modules based on requirements from the Office of Management and Budget. The role will also support integration updates that connect EPM Planning to Oracle HCM Cloud as part of the Digital Modernization initiative. Additional responsibilities include developing the Operating Position Budget using the Public Sector Planning and Budgeting (PSPB) module, as well as maintaining and managing metadata for Oracle EPM Planning and Oracle Fusion applications through EDMCS.

Minimum Requirements:
- Experience in entity relationship modeling.
- Experience in dimensional and DMR modeling.
- Experience with metadata management for large models (200 or more entities).
- Experience assisting development teams and database administrators in creating, understanding, and using enterprise metadata.
- Experience implementing and maintaining ESRI ArcGIS software and Oracle RDBMS, which are the metadata and modeling tool(s)
- Support Budget and Forecast processes for Capital, Personnel, and Operating Budgets for EPM planning applications.
- Support development of Operating Position Budget using the Public Sector Planning and Budgeting Module (PSPB).
- Excellent communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Support Budget Book Development using Oracle EPM Cloud Narrative Reporting.
- Experience creating or maintaining an enterprise data warehouse and/or related data marts.
- Experience with one or more of the following systems: Maximo, PeopleSoft HCM/FSCM.
- Develop reports for Operating and Capital applications using Narrative Reporting.
- Experience in the transit industry.
