Job Description acuCyber is seeking a Program Support Analyst to support the planning, coordination, tracking, and reporting of cybersecurity and technology programs. This role will work closely with Government program managers and technical teams to maintain schedules, organize program information, track actions, and prepare materials that support informed decisions. We are looking for someone who can keep program activities organized while understanding how funding, schedules, deliverables, and technical priorities affect one another.

Strong candidates will be comfortable coordinating across multiple stakeholders, identifying missing information, and following complex issues through resolution. This is a full-time, on-site role at the acuCyber corporate office with some time spent in Government facilities.

What You'll Do: • Support Government program managers with day-to-day program planning, coordination, and execution. • Develop and maintain program schedules, milestone trackers, action item logs, and deliverable calendars. • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and briefing materials, document decisions, and track follow-up actions. • Collect and consolidate inputs from technical teams into accurate program status reports and leadership briefings. • Support budget drills, funding reviews, and tracking of planned and actual expenditures in coordination with program and financial personnel. • Track program risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation actions; identify concerns that require management attention. • Monitor deliverable status, coordinate reviews, and help ensure submissions are complete and timely. • Maintain organized program records, correspondence, meeting materials, and document versions. • Support procurement planning and track acquisition or material requests through established processes. • Coordinate with Government stakeholders, contractors, and mission partners to resolve information gaps and support program milestones. • Assist with program reviews by preparing status summaries, schedule updates, and supporting documentation. • Identify practical improvements to reporting, tracking, and administrative workflows.

Required Skills • Bachelor's degree in any technical or managerial discipline. • Five years of professional experience in program or project management. • Active DoD Secret (or higher) security clearance. • Experience supporting program planning, scheduling, coordination, and reporting. • Ability to develop and maintain schedules, action trackers, risk registers, and other program management records. • Experience preparing briefings, status reports, meeting agendas, and meeting minutes. • Ability to consolidate information from multiple contributors and check it for accuracy, completeness, and consistency. • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and collaborative document management tools. • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing deadlines. • Clear written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to work independently, follow through on assigned actions, and coordinate effectively with Government and contractor personnel.

Desired Skills • Experience supporting Department of Defense, Navy, or Intelligence Community programs. • Familiarity with cybersecurity, software development, cloud infrastructure, or systems engineering programs. • Experience supporting budget preparation, expenditure tracking, funding forecasts, or financial status reporting. • Experience with Microsoft Project or comparable tools, including tracking dependencies and identifying schedule impacts. • Familiarity with Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs), deliverable tracking, and Government review processes. • Experience organizing Microsoft Teams and SharePoint sites, maintaining document repositories, and supporting controlled review workflows. • Experience improving/automating reporting templates, dashboards, or action tracking processes in Microsoft Power Platform. • Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), or comparable credentials.
