The Role

• Provide expert vehicle maintenance, diagnostics, and repair services directly to customers at their location.
• Conduct a variety of tasks including servicing, diagnostics, and general repairs on light vehicles.
• Manage your own vehicle stock, complete necessary reports, and maintain excellent customer communication.
• Act as a brand ambassador, representing the company with professionalism and expertise in customer interactions.
• Work autonomously, making sound judgments to resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
• Adapt to varied daily challenges and working environments encountered in mobile service.

What You'll Need

• Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent.
• A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience as a vehicle technician.
• Proficiency in working with a diverse range of light vehicles.
• A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 penalty points.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to think critically and problem-solve independently.
