Position Overview
· Oversee and manage the housekeeping operations of the facility
· Develop and implement cleaning procedures and protocols to ensure a clean and safe environment
· Train and supervise housekeeping staff, including scheduling and performance evaluations
· Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness standards are met
Address customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
· Collaborate with other departments to coordinate housekeeping services for events or special occasions
· Maintain records and prepare reports on housekeeping activities
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

· While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand and walk. The employee is occasionally required to sit and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must regularly lift up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and distance vision.
Skills
· Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, including industrial cleaning and floor care
· Previous experience in housekeeping management, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting
· Excellent organizational and time management skills
· Ability to effectively communicate with staff, customers, and other departments
· Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards, knowledge of custodial equipment and supplies

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

- Flexibility to work varied schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required
