We are seeking a visionary leader for an internationally recognized specialist clinic with a strong focus on pediatric medicine, known for its expertise in treating children with neurological and orthopedic conditions and limb deformities. This leading institution is expanding its pediatric orthopedics department by establishing a dedicated operative focus, aiming to enhance surgical care and research.

The Role

  • Overall medical, organizational, and strategic responsibility for the Pediatric Orthopedics department, emphasizing the development of operative capabilities.
  • Perform specialized surgical procedures for congenital and acquired musculoskeletal conditions in children and adolescents.
  • Develop and implement an integrated treatment concept encompassing acute care, surgery, and rehabilitation.
  • Lead, develop, and expand a high-performing interdisciplinary team.
  • Foster close collaboration with Neurosurgery, Neuropediatrics, Pediatric Rehabilitation, Anesthesiology, Intensive Care, and Radiology.
  • Represent the center internally and externally to referring physicians, professional societies, and network partners.
