Job Title: QE Engagement Lead – Agentic AI for Quality Engineering

Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite)

Job Type: Contract

Job Overview

 

Key Responsibilities

 
  • Build and customize AI agents for test automation, test generation, defect triage, and impact analysis
  • Design, build, debug, and maintain Playwright automation frameworks to solve real-world challenges
  • Validate data migrations involving SQL Server and PostgreSQL (reconciliation, ETL validation, schema mapping, functional parity)
  • Work within existing client frameworks and governance models
  • Provide stakeholder communication, reporting, and hands-on delivery leadership

Required Skills

 
  • Agentic AI: Hands-on experience with AI agent tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Kiro, or Cursor
  • Playwright: Strong automation framework development and debugging skills
  • Data Migration Testing: SQL Server, PostgreSQL, ETL validation, source-to-target reconciliation
  • Application Testing: .NET/.NET Core, Angular, REST APIs, integration workflows
  • DevOps: Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines
  • SQL: Advanced SQL skills across SQL Server and PostgreSQL

Preferred Skills

 
  • AWS (RDS, Lambda, S3, ECS/EKS, API Gateway, CloudWatch)
  • REST Assured, Postman, Karate, Selenium
  • Datadog, Splunk, CloudWatch
  • Legacy modernization and migration programs
  • Distributed onsite/offshore delivery model experience

Location & Work Model

 

Charlotte, NC — Hybrid (3 days onsite per week). Open to relocation candidates.
