Our newest venture, Torch, is a direct-to-audience platform built for people who want more than headlines and noise. Through original programming, deep-dive investigations, and immersive storytelling, Torch is designed to inform, challenge, and equip people to better understand the world around them.

Develop compelling, on-brand copy that reflects our voice and mission
Manage segmentation, targeting, and personalization
Own the messaging calendar tied to our biggest moments (special releases, live events, etc)
Work closely with our content and production teams to amplify what matters most
Lifecycle & Journey Management
Design and optimize the journeys that shape how people experience Torch:
Track and report on performance (open rates, CTR, conversions, revenue)
Identify trends and provide actionable insights to improve performance
Help define and measure lifecycle KPIs (engagement, retention, LTV)
Build smart segmentation and targeting strategies
Maintain list health and data integrity
Help us better understand who our audience is and what they need
2-4 years of experience in email or lifecycle marketing
~ Experience with email platforms (bonus points if you have used Iterable)
~ Someone who understands both storytelling and performance
