The Role • Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair and vehicle diagnostics for a diverse range of vehicles. • Provide emergency breakdown support, offering quick and confident solutions to members in need. • Undertake tasks such as battery changes, tyre replacements, and complex fault-finding. • Travel to various locations to assist members, starting and ending your day from home. • Act as a brand ambassador, combining technical skill with outstanding member service. • Handle a variety of challenges daily, requiring on-the-spot problem-solving. What You'll Need • Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent). • At least 2 years of post-qualification technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience. • A strong customer-focused approach and excellent communication skills. • A full UK driving licence. • Ability to remain calm and confident under pressure. • Adaptability to handle a wide range of vehicle issues and member needs.
