Technical Business Systems Analyst

Role: Technical BSA

Location: Oakland, CA – Onsite (3 days/week)

Duration: 6+ months

Must Have: SQL with BSA – Strong SQL candidate with complex queries experience

·        SDLC tools and Methodologies: Agile, JIRA, User Story definition and grooming, Team Foundation Server, Use Cases, Functional Specifications, Project and Sprint Planning, Product Backlog management, Waterfall projects, Client ALM

·        Development Platforms: Oracle, SQL, PL/SQL; J2EE; Angular UI; HTML; REST/ SOAP Web Services; J2EE; Json; Microsoft Azure; Appian; Oracle ERP/EBS Service Contracts, Install Base, Trading Community Architecture, AR, Teleservice, Order Management

·        Salesforce.com: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Customer Community, Order Management, Configuration, Validation Rules, Workflows, Approval Process, Custom Objects, Data loader, Apex, Visualforce pages, SOQL, Reports, Dashboards, Process Builder, Flows, Product Bundles, Product Rules, Pricing Rules 

Duties:

·        Analyzing customer needs and other data.

·        Developing functional requirements.

·        Designing solutions and writing up technical requirements.

·        Testing and implementing technology solutions.

·        Conducting research.

·        Gathering requirements from stakeholders.
