Engagement Manager

Ideal Profile:

• 8-10 years of experience in Banking, Credit Union, or Financial Services analytics, marketing, or consulting.
• Strong business and domain expertise across lending, deposits, customer acquisition, portfolio growth, campaign strategy, or financial services operations.
• Proven experience leading analytics, consulting, or strategy teams and managing large cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated success in client relationship management, stakeholder communication, and executive-level engagement.
• Strong delivery management capabilities with ownership of project execution, resource planning, risk management, and quality assurance.
• Ability to translate business challenges into actionable analytics, marketing, or growth strategies while driving measurable outcomes.
• Experience working with global clients and managing distributed teams with regular overlap across U.S. time zones, particularly PST.
• Strong people leadership skills with experience in coaching, talent development, hiring, and team growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance on business growth, customer engagement, and analytics-driven decision making.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex analytics and consulting engagements while ensuring alignment with client objectives.
• Manage and mentor teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Drive stakeholder communication across client, business, analytics, technology, and operations teams.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and innovation to improve business outcomes and delivery efficiency.
• Support business development initiatives, solutioning, and growth opportunities within existing client relationships.
