A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Maintenance Engineer to join a successful and growing organisation at an exciting stage of development with massive investment.
My client is a highly respected manufacturing business with a strong reputation for quality and innovation. Due to continued investment and business growth, they are looking to add a skilled Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to their team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the reliability and performance of site operations, carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across a range of modern equipment.
This is a great opportunity for an engineer looking to join a forward-thinking company with excellent long-term prospects. The role will initially operate on a rotating days-based shift pattern, with the position moving towards a permanent straight days schedule.
Maintenance Engineer Benefits:
- £45,000 (rising).
- Bonus.
- Premium OT (x1.5 / x2).
- 6% pension contributions.

Maintenance Engineer Duties:
- Days (6:00-14:30 week1 / 10:30-19:00 week2)
- Early finish Friday and a later start on Monday.
- Assist with the movement of machinery.
- Assist with the installation of brand-new machinery.
- Occasional travel to Dudley site (first few months).
- Planned and reactive maintenance.
- Fill in maintenance logs.
Maintenance Engineer Requirements:
- Apprentice trained.
- Ability to read electrical drawings.
- Wiring regs (advantageous).
- PLC knowledge (advantageous).
- Hydraulic and pneumatic experience.
- Manufacturing maintenance experience.
- Driving license.
- Machine tool or presses experience (advantageous).
