Maintenance Technician 1

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Maintenance Technician 1 position include: Entry-level role requiring basic mechanical and electrical aptitude and the ability to use common hand and power tools. Manufacturing or maintenance experience is preferred, not required.

High school diploma/GED preferred. Comfort following strict safety procedures, including PPE and lockout/tagout requirements. Comfort and commitment to 5S or similar workplace organization practices. Inspect equipment and report abnormal conditions or safety concerns. Support machine installations, repairs, and continuous improvement projects. Maintain housekeeping standards, support spare parts inventory, and contribute to efficient machine operation.
