Job Description

Marvin is seeking a Senior Incentive Analyst to design, analyze, and optimize incentive programs that support our manufacturing workforce and corporate teams. In this people-first, safety-focused environment, you will lead incentive plan modeling, performance metrics development, and pay-for-performance analytics across Human Resources & Talent Management. Partnering with HR, Finance, and Operations, you will evaluate plan effectiveness, ensure market competitiveness, and maintain compliance. This role offers the opportunity to influence compensation strategy, drive continuous improvement, and support long-term employee growth at a stable, innovative, family-owned company.

Responsibilities

  • Design and refine incentive and variable pay programs for manufacturing and corporate teams
  • Model scenarios and conduct quantitative analyses to evaluate incentive plan effectiveness and ROIDevelop and monitor performance metrics, KPIs, and scorecards aligned to business goals
  • Partner with HR, Finance, and Operations to align incentive strategies with workforce and budget needs
  • Conduct market benchmarking to ensure incentive competitiveness and internal equity
  • Prepare executive-ready reports, dashboards, and recommendations on incentive performance
  • Ensure compliance with applicable wage and hour laws and internal compensation policies
  • Support annual compensation planning cycles and pay-for-performance processes
  • Continuously improve incentive design through data insights, feedback, and best practices
