Job Description

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
Hands-on experience designing and building test solutions and related test plans, dashboards, management frameworks, and automation.
Hands-on experience designing and building AI agents, AI-enabled workflows, and automation using ChatGPT or comparable enterprise AI tools.
Practical knowledge of prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), embeddings, tool use, AI evaluation techniques, and reusable prompt/agent patterns.
Experience integrating AI and automation into enterprise applications and workflows using REST APIs, JSON, SQL, scripting, and workflow orchestration.
Experience supporting SDLC activities including requirements, design documentation, test case generation, automated testing, deployment support, and incident/problem analysis.
Knowledge of enterprise security, access controls, data privacy, responsible AI, logging, monitoring, and production support practices.
Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders; ability to coach teams and influence practical adoption of automation and AI.
