Description:
Join our team in a full-time onsite role in Vienna, VA, managing critical mortgage loan documents. 
This contract position involves ensuring document accuracy and integrity, adhering to retention regulations, and coordinating with various stakeholders.  tilize document management systems and collaborate with third-party vendors.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and process lien releases and paid-in-full mortgage loans in compliance with regulations. Coordinate document retrieval, updates, and storage with internal teams and external vendors. Validate and prepare documents for investor pool certifications and coordinate with Loan Delivery. Resolve escalated issues related to document discrepancies and ensure accurate documentation. Perform research and provide expertise for documentation-related projects and testing. Qualifications
1-5 years of experience in document management or related field.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Experience with automated systems and document processing technologies. Basic written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail. Exposure to mortgage processing and documentation requirements is preferred.
