The Role

• Deliver expert mechanical repair, vehicle diagnostics, and emergency breakdown support across the UK.
• Provide quick, confident solutions for issues ranging from flat batteries and tyre changes to complex fault-finding.
• Start and end your day at home, transforming challenges into moments of reassurance for members.
• Work with a variety of vehicles, requiring adaptability and a broad range of technical skills.
• Act as a proud ambassador for the a leading employer in this sector, combining technical expertise with outstanding member service.

What You'll Need

• Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent) with at least 2 years of post-qualification technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience.
• A customer-focused approach with excellent communication skills.
• A full UK driving licence.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and think critically to solve problems efficiently.
• Self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
