Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and stock automotive parts and accessories
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper organization of parts
  • Assist service technicians in obtaining the necessary parts for repairs
  • Provide excellent customer service to customers inquiring about parts availability
  • Process orders and manage returns effectively
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs
  • Keep the parts department clean and organized
  • High school diploma or equivalent; automotive knowledge is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with inventory management software
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy parts as needed
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
