Schedule: Full Time  l  Monday - Saturday 8:00a - 8:00p w/ Sunday 9:00a - 5:00p

• Establish strategic goals, operational standards and clinic policies consistent with clinical excellence, administrative objectives, ethical requirements and legal compliance.

• Direct all workforce management activities—including recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluations, employee relations and continuing education—to build high-performing practice teams.

• Manage multi-site operational and capital budgets to ensure strict fiscal discipline, resource allocation and compliance during internal and external audits.

• Evaluate practice performance metrics and clinical quality outcomes to streamline operations, enhance patient access and elevate the overall care experience.

Education

• High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management.
