Please reopen and share new candidates for Customer Service Representative position please. 

Hours at M-F 8-4:30 however must be flexible in changing hours as we’re looking to extend hours which will include adding Saturday in our rotation in the upcoming months.

What You’ll Do
• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers via phone and email
• Deliver polished, professional written and verbal communication
• Draft clear, concise, and solution-focused email correspondence
• Accurately document customer interactions in ServiceNow
• Navigate multiple systems efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
• Work independently while contributing positively to a small group dynamic
• Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure consistent service standards

Requesting:
✔ Call center experience
✔ Exceptional customer service skills
✔ Strong written communication and professional email drafting ability
✔ Excellent verbal communication skills
✔ Ability to work effectively within a small team environment
✔ Strong typing skills
✔ Microsoft Office proficiency
✔ ServiceNow experience (preferred)
✔ Technically savvy and quick to learn new systems
✔ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
✔ Dependable, adaptable, quick learner and self-motivated

Schedule & Flexibility
• Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Flexibility required as business hours expand
• Future rotation may include:
◦ Saturdays (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM), or
◦ Alternative shifts (11:00 AM – 7:00 PM or 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM)
• Extended or weekend scheduling begins after training and demonstrated independence
