The Role

• Provide expert nursing care with compassion and professionalism.
• Deliver comprehensive care including basic nursing, wound management, vital sign monitoring, and pressure sore prevention.
• Communicate effectively and empathetically with patients, their families, and the healthcare team.
• Act responsibly, especially in emergency situations.
• Demonstrate a commitment to ongoing professional development and further training.
• Work collaboratively to plan and execute patient care, contributing to a well-structured and supportive work environment.

What You'll Need

• Completed training/state examination as a registered nurse, nursing specialist, or equivalent recognized qualification.
• Experience in fundamental patient care, wound treatment, vital sign monitoring, and pressure ulcer prophylaxis.
• Strong empathy and excellent communication skills.
• Proven ability to act responsibly, including in emergency scenarios.
• Willingness to participate in further education and training.
• A driver's license is beneficial but not essential.
