We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse to join the intensive care unit of a leading hospital located on the Baltic Sea coast. This facility is a central healthcare provider for the region, specializing in orthopedics, trauma surgery, neurology, and internal medicine, and is part of a respected, family-run hospital group.

The Role

• Provide competent basic and advanced nursing care according to established standards.
• Monitor intensive and mechanically ventilated patients, participating in internal resuscitation services.
• Work autonomously within an interdisciplinary team, collaborating closely with physicians and therapists.
• Contribute to the development of work processes and innovative nursing practices.
• Engage in diverse nursing tasks across multiple departments including internal medicine, cardiology, neurology, and various surgical specialties.

What You'll Need

• Completed training as a Registered Nurse.
• Ideally, specialized training in intensive care nursing or a strong interest in pursuing it.
• Ability to work independently and responsibly with strong organizational skills.
• High level of empathy, dedication to the nursing profession, and a team-oriented approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
