Position Overview:

We are seeking independent, motivated, and resourceful Healthcare Recruiters to join our fully remote team. In this commission-based role, you will identify, qualify, and submit candidates for a wide range of healthcare positions. You’ll earn a minimum of $1,800 per successful placement, with the opportunity to earn more based on role type and volume.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and engage qualified healthcare professionals through job boards, LinkedIn, and networking
• Review applications and conduct candidate screenings
• Clearly communicate job requirements and expectations to candidates
• Submit candidates through our recruitment platform for client review
• Maintain regular contact with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Stay organized and track activity in our applicant tracking system
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet monthly placement goals

Qualifications:

• Experience in healthcare recruiting, staffing, sales, or a related field preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable with remote work and self-management
• Tech-savvy and familiar with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools
• Must reside in the U.S. and be eligible to work
• Must have a computer, internet access, and a quiet work environment
