Job Description

Full-Time General Dentist — Deer Park, Long Island

Location: National Dental Deer Park 1644 Deer Park Ave, Suite 2, Deer Park, NY 11729
Schedule:
Full Time (Monday - Friday)
Compensation:
30% on net collections - no lab deduction fees. Daily ramp up guarantee for 4-6 months

We’re seeking a full-time General Dentist to step into an established patient base at our modern Deer Park practice.

This updated four-operatory office offers a strong foundation for a dentist who wants to stay busy, practice comprehensive dentistry, and build long-term patient relationships. You’ll be supported by two hygienists, an experienced Practice Manager, and a loyal patient base with a healthy mix of PPO and fee-for-service patients.

The current General Dentist is transitioning to another practice within our group and will help support a smooth handoff. Rather than building a schedule from the ground up, you’ll step into an established practice with existing patient flow and a team that knows the community.

Clinical Autonomy + Support

You’ll have the autonomy to diagnose, treatment-plan, and provide care based on your clinical judgment, while an experienced team supports scheduling, patient coordination, and day-to-day practice operations.

Experience with single-unit implants and clear aligners is a plus but not required. For doctors interested in expanding their skills, we offer access to implant training through Straumann and Invisalign training and certification through our relationship with Align Technology.

What We Offer

  • Guaranteed income for the first six months
  • 30% of net collections
  • Full-time Monday–Friday schedule
  • Established patient base and immediate patient flow
  • Modern, updated four-operatory practice
  • Two hygienists supporting preventive care and patient flow
  • Experienced Practice Manager and support team
  • Healthy PPO and fee-for-service patient mix
  • Supported transition from the current General Dentist
  • Clinical autonomy and comprehensive treatment opportunities
  • Opportunities to provide single-unit implants and clear aligners
  • Straumann implant training and support
  • Invisalign training and certification opportunities
  • Competitive benefits and continuing education
  • Private-practice environment backed by the resources of a larger dental group

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a dentist who communicates well with patients, takes ownership of treatment planning, and wants to provide comprehensive care while developing long-term relationships with their patients.

If you’re looking for the autonomy and patient relationships of private practice, with an established schedule, experienced team, and additional resources behind you, we’d like to speak with you.
