  • Reviewing existing pensions and investment arrangements
  • Supporting advisers with client recommendations and planning strategies
  • Liaising with providers and third parties

  • Compliance oversight and business support functions
  • Strategic planning and business growth initiatives

About You

To be considered, you must have:

  • Strong technical knowledge across pensions, investments, retirement planning and protection
  • Experience writing high-quality suitability reports
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • The ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Qualifications are flexible. Whether you hold the Diploma or are currently working towards professional qualifications, the key requirement is proven technical paraplanning experience and the ability to produce high-quality client recommendations.

What's on Offer?

  • Competitive salary and benefits package
  • Supportive and collaborative team environment
  • Professional development support
  • Genuine progression into a Practice Manager/Office Manager position
  • Opportunity to influence the future growth and success of the business
