Job Description:

We are seeking a PEGA Certified Lead System Architect to join our client's team in Trenton, NJ for a 6-month engagement.

\n

The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience with RELEVANT IT WORK, PEGA Lead Development, PEGA SSA Development and A minimum of 5 Use Case Development.

\n\n

Key Responsibilities:

\n

Core Responsibilities

\n

- Act as the liaison between Lead Business Architect andITO PEGA teams and have ability to translate between technical andnon-technical team members.

\n

- Work closely with Business Product Owners and Stakeholders, Lead BusinessAnalysts to translate the business requirements to application.

\n

- A wide degree of creativity and initiative is expected.

\n

- Understand the business vision and translates to Technologyimpacts/solutions.

\n

- Proactively identify and mitigates risk to projects.

\n

- Perform multiple roles as needed during the course of the project.

\n

- Partner with internal stakeholders and customers to understand businessproblems to be solved.

\n

- Capture functional software requirements and translateinto user stories.

\n

- Participate in Agile software development sprints and sprint planningactivities.

\n

- Lead agile teams and processes as necessary.

\n

- Define solution acceptance criteria and assist in software testing.

\n

- Publish software release notes and maintain other product documentation.

\n

- Mentor Software Development team members as needed.

\n

- Integrate best practices into current PEGA development procedures.

\n

- Lead client workshops around software products and processes.

\n

- Participate in and provide support to customer success teams.

\n

- Other duties as assigned.

\n

- Very strong IT technical background is required.

\n

- Design and build Pega case types, workflows, data models, UI, integrations, and reusable components.

\n

- Apply Pega guardrails, standards, and performance best practices.

\n

- Develop Pega solutions using Pega GenAI, Process AI, and other AI capabilities.

\n

- Lead AI-enabled architecture using Generative AI, RAG, and agent-based orchestration.

\n

- Design secure and scalable integrations using APIs, microservices, and event-driven patterns.

\n

- Lead legacy application modernization initiatives.

\n

- Work with cross-functional teams to deploy solutions on AWS, Azure, GCP, and AWS Bedrock.

\n

- Provide architectural guidance to ensure scalability, security, compliance, maintainability, and enterprise alignment.

\n\n

Required Qualifications:

\n

- Experience·.

\n

- RELEVANT IT WORK EXPERIENCE: 12 or more yrs.

\n

- A minimum of 5 years of PEGA Lead Development.

\n

- A minimum of 8 years of PEGA SSA Development.

\n

- A minimum of 5 Use Case Development.

\n

- A minimum of 5 Years DB2, SQL Server.

\n

- Broad experience in an organization that develops and delivers software to customers.

\n

- Managing software functional requirements throughout the SDLC.

\n

- Participation in an Agile software development environment.

\n

- Working with users/stakeholders and Lead Business Architect to understand and capture software solution needs.

\n

- Hands-on configuration and deployment of software solutions at the enterprise level.

\n

- Documentation of requirements, test cases, and training material.

\n

- Strong interpersonal, communication and relationship skills.

\n

- Solid experience with PEGA business process modeling and change management.

\n

- Solid experience with functional design and developments.

\n\n

Position Requirements:

- Hybrid position based in Trenton, NJ.

\n

- Candidate must be available for an in-person interview.

\n

- Position is Hybrid - 2 days onsite, 3 days remote. Please advise candidates this is not negotiable now or in the future. Local Candidates Preferred.
