The Role

• Generate sales leads by covering assigned territories and engaging prospective customers door-to-door.
• Educate consumers on home improvement product benefits and identify homeowner challenges.
• Utilize a consultative selling approach to gather information for in-person product demonstrations.
• Report daily results and collaborate with the field management team and fellow sales representatives.
• Professionally represent the company, ensuring a high-quality and accurate product representation.

What You'll Need

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s license and a reliable personal vehicle.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly motivated with a self-driven desire to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Comfortable working outdoors daily, potentially in various weather conditions, and able to walk/stand for extended periods.
