Job Description

Are you looking for a fast-paced, hands-on role that offers training and growth opportunities? Express is helping a Grain Elevator in Anchor and Bellflower, IL to find eager, hardworking individuals to join their team as Grain Elevator Laborer!

Schedule: First shift available! Tons of overtime available!

What You\'ll Do

  • Receive, unload, and load grain using conveyers, augers, and elevators
  • Covering grain piles with tarps, dumping grain, shoveling and sweeping
  • Operate and maintain grain handling machinery, including dryers and storage systems
  • Conduct quality checks on grain for moisture, weight, and other specifications
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper storage practices
  • Clean and maintain grain bins, pits, and work areas to meet safety and standards
  • Routine maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment
  • Stay on top of your daily goals to achieve set quotas while maintaining attention to detail


What We\'re Looking For

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to operate machinery
  • Basic math and computer skills, ability to operate heavy equipment
  • Commitment to following safety guidelines, regulations, and company policies
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Attention to detail and a desire to keep learning and growing
