Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Development Lead with a strong Full Stack development background to lead engineering teams, drive delivery excellence, and maintain high code quality standards. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in modern front-end technologies (React & Angular), experience leading Agile teams, and a proven track record of delivering complex enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring successful project delivery.
• Perform hands-on code reviews across React and Angular applications.
• Establish and enforce coding standards, best practices, and quality guidelines.
• Drive Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, and business stakeholders to define technical solutions.
• Resolve technical challenges and guide the team on design and implementation decisions.
• Monitor team performance, delivery timelines, and ensure successful project execution.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Mandatory Skills

• 12+ years of software development experience
• Proven experience leading and mentoring development teams
• Strong Full Stack Development background
• Hands-on expertise in React.js and Angular
• Experience conducting code reviews and enforcing coding standards
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Experience planning, organizing, and leading sprint ceremonies
• Ownership of code quality, best practices, and application performance
• Demonstrated accountability for project delivery and team outcomes

Excellent stakeholder communication and leadership skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in cloud platforms (Azure/AWS)
• CI/CD and DevOps exposure
• Enterprise application development experience

Experience working with global teams and large-scale Agile programs.
