The Role

• Collect delinquent payments from customers via phone, web, and mail, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
• Negotiate flexible payment solutions for customers unable to make immediate payments.
• Deliver a superior customer experience through consultative approaches and attentive follow-up.
• Offer both short-term and long-term solutions to address customer payment challenges.
• Assist customers in setting up favorable payment arrangements.

What You'll Need

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED required; college student or graduate preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in general business, collections, and customer service.
• Must reside in the United States with a valid U.S. address.
• Ability to commute to the Lake Mary, FL office and work full shifts on-site.
