Customer Success Manager, Services (US)

Mission

Our mission is to deliver everyone a sustainable income. Right now 25,000 business operators earn over $7B per year. We will not stop until 1B people every month are making money on Whop.

Role

You get new services and industrial customers live and successful on Whop: owners and ops leads who run field service, trades, and similar ops. You run onboarding, get them using the product, and set them up to grow.

This is a highly entrepreneurial role with a lot of freedom. You own the customer’s first months on Whop.

What You’ll Do

• Onboard new services customers and get them live fast

• Move their payments and billing onto Whop

• Roll out to additional locations for multi-site operators

• Spot accounts at risk early and fix the problem yourself

• Hand healthy, growing accounts to the account team

What We’re Looking For

• Operator background in services, field service, or industrial businesses

• Top performing CSM or onboarding lead in field service, industrial, or payments software

• Experience with owner-operated and family businesses

• Comfortable talking to an owner without a script

Compensation / perks

• Compensation range: $200,000 to $250,000

• Best in class base + OTE with competitive equity

• Location: In-person NYC / Brooklyn, 5 days in office
