Roadside Technician | Salford, United Kingdom | On-site

The Role

  • Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair and vehicle diagnostics across the UK.
  • Provide emergency breakdown support, addressing issues like flat batteries and tyre changes.
  • Offer quick, confident solutions and reassurance to members during stressful situations.
  • Combine technical expertise with outstanding member service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Start and finish your day from your driveway, tackling diverse roadside challenges.

What You'll Need

  • A Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of post-qualification technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience.
  • A customer-focused approach and excellent communication skills.
  • A full UK driving licence.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and think on your feet.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving.
