10 to 14 years of experience in:

-in a Scrum Master Role

-Creating template documents for business processes

-creating requirements, use cases, and user stories

-Developing, documenting and automating test cases

-Executing quality assurance and performance testing

Job description

Gather requirements, map workflows, write use3r stories, and groom the product blacklog

Facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives and coach the team on Agile rules

Connect business goals with developer actions

Document business needs, system specifications, and clear acceptance criteria

Design test scripts, use cases, and traceability matrices linkingcode behavior back to business rules

Lead User Acceptance Testing, Running fumctional or regression tests, and log defects

Mandatory Skills

Stakeholder management and Calibration

Advanced Requirements and Lifecycle management

Agile and Hybrid Methodologies

Business Process Modeling (BPM)

Certifications or desired skills if any

IIBA Certification required

Experience with Salesforce preferred

Experience with Azure DevOps preferred

Experience with Copado preferred

Scrum/Agil Certification preferred

ITIL Foundations Certification preferred
