The Role

• Support the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations and contribute significantly to the store's success.
• Assist with personnel responsibilities, including scheduling, hiring processes, and onboarding new team members.
• Share responsibility for the optimal sales management of a constantly changing product assortment.
• Oversee store presentation, including ordering, implementing display guidelines, and managing daily operational tasks.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager to discuss performance results and future store development.

What You'll Need

• A completed vocational training, ideally with experience in a similar retail role.
• Entrepreneurial thinking and a high sense of responsibility.
• Availability to work 5 days a week, including regular weekends and evenings.
• Strong communication skills to motivate the store team and provide constructive feedback.
• Readiness to undertake an 8-week onboarding program in a designated training store.
