Location: Memphis, TN (MUST BE ONSITE)

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CST

Duration: 6+ Months Contract

Rate: $20-25.00 per hour

They are looking for someone very junior. 2-3 years candidate that has clear Memphis ties and graduated.

This is a junior-level position (2-3 years of experience) supporting Music & Audio Enablement team. The Project Coordinator will help organize marketing requests, maintain project tickets and timelines, coordinate approvals, and keep multiple campaigns moving forward.

Key Responsibilities:

• Creating, updating, and tracking project tickets and deliverables
• Maintaining accurate statuses, owners, due dates, and dependencies
• Building project timelines and following up on outstanding tasks
• Identifying delays, risks, or missing information
• Coordinating approvals across marketing, creative, and compliance teams
• Providing clear updates on project status, next steps, and timeline changes
• Supporting multiple marketing campaigns at the same time
• Improving intake, tracking, and documentation processes

Preferred Experience (but not required):

• Experience with Jira, Trello, Monday.com, or a similar project management tool
• Exposure to marketing campaigns or event marketing
• Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft Office, or Google Workspace
• Interest in building a career in project or program management.
