The opportunity

As we enter an exciting period of growth and technology transformation, we're looking for a CRM & Data Operations Manager to play a central role in moving our global business onto SALTHUB, our new CRM platform. This is a rare chance to own a migration from start to finish and then shape how our recruiters work with data worldwide.

What you'll be doing

  • Data migration: Audit our existing Jobscience data, lead cleansing and de-duplication, map records and fields, coordinate the migration into SALTHUB and validate the results.
  • Implementation: Partner with the SALTHUB developers to test functionality, configure workflows, manage user acceptance testing and support the global rollout.
  • CRM administration: Own user accounts, permissions, data structures, reporting, dashboards and integrations, and provide ongoing support to users.
  • Data governance: Keep candidate, client, contact and job records clean and accurate, set global data standards and oversee GDPR compliance.
  • Continuous improvement: Work closely with recruitment leaders to improve workflows, drive user adoption and increase automation, reporting quality and operational efficiency.

What we're looking for

You'll ideally bring 3-7 years' experience across CRM administration, data operations or systems implementation, including exposure to:

  • Salesforce or Jobscience, ideally within a recruitment business
  • Recruitment platforms such as Bullhorn, Vincere, JobAdder or similar
  • CRM migrations and data mapping, plus Excel, SQL, ETL tools or API integrations
  • User management, reporting, dashboards and data quality
  • Supporting recruiters and managers across multiple offices or regions

Recruitment industry experience is a real plus. However, we place the greatest value on proven CRM migration experience and strong technical ability. If that's you, we'd love to hear from you, whatever sector you've come from.
