About the Role - Data analyst

We are seeking an experienced (6+ years) Analyst/Consultant with a strong background in
experimentation, web and product analytics to join the Lifecycle Management team. You will drive
data-informed decision-making through A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, and product
analytics to optimize customer engagement and lifecycle outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
● Design and execute A/B tests and multivariate experiments to validate hypotheses and
optimize product features
● Develop and maintain web analytics dashboards and reporting to track KPIs, user behavior,
and lifecycle metrics
● Analyze experimental results, generate insights, and present actionable recommendations to
product and marketing teams
● Partner with product, engineering, and marketing to identify optimization opportunities and
prioritize experiments
Required Skills & Experience
● Experience with analyzing A/B tests, with expertise in statistical significance, sample sizing,
and experiment design best practices
● Proficiency with analytics platforms (Amplitude, Google Analytics, or similar); ability to
create custom segments, funnels, and cohort analyses
● Strong understanding of web tracking, event-based analytics, attribution models, and user
journey mapping
● Experience with SQL, Python/R, or similar tools for data analysis; experience with BI tools
(Tableau, Looker, etc.) is a plus
● Ability to translate complex analyses into clear, business-focused narratives for non-technical
stakeholders

● Experience with lifecycle marketing, retention strategies, or customer engagement
