Talent Acquisition Recruiter - Banking

Enterprise Bank & Trust seeks a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruiting for banking, wealth management, and operational roles. You will partner with hiring managers to define needs, develop job postings, source and screen candidates, and manage interviews and offers. You'll leverage ATS tools, data, and networking to build strong talent pipelines while ensuring an excellent candidate experience. Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for banking, wealth management, and operational roles
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies
• Draft and post engaging, accurate job descriptions
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking
• Screen resumes and conduct phone/video interviews
• Coordinate and support structured, compliant interview processes
• Present qualified shortlists and advise managers on selection
• Manage offer process, negotiations, and pre-hire steps
• Maintain accurate data and workflows in the applicant tracking system
• Track and report recruiting metrics to improve hiring outcomes
• Ensure a positive, relationship-driven candidate experience
• Build talent pipelines aligned with community and business needs
