The Role • Provide systems and software operations and maintenance support in a large network enterprise, multi-enclave environment. • Manage Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) operations, including patching, routine maintenance, upgrades, and the implementation of new PKI technologies. • Handle customer inquiries and troubleshoot issues for both on-site and remote users regarding PKI systems and token cards. • Train remote Trusted Agents on basic duties for PKI operations. • Enforce security strategies and policies within Identity and Access Management (IdAM) functions. • Mentor junior team members and update troubleshooting documentation for 24/7/365 operations. What You'll Need • Mastery of IdAM technical areas with broad expertise across multiple systems. • Experience with RCVS, OCSP, Certificate Authorities, and other PKI technologies. • Familiarity with Intelligence Community (IC) systems security standards and concepts. • Experience issuing, troubleshooting, and managing token cards for multi-factor authentication. • Proficiency in troubleshooting soft-certificate issues for local and remote customers. • Experience with Tier 2 system/server administration and utilizing an IT Service Management (ITSM) tool. • Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. • Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph is required.
