Fulfillment Associate

TD Synnex is seeking a detail-oriented Fulfillment Associate to support our fast-paced IT and software operations in San Francisco. In this role, you will process and track software and hardware orders, verify accuracy against client requirements, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery. You'll maintain digital inventory records, coordinate with logistics and customer success teams, and resolve order issues promptly. Working within a collaborative, tech-driven culture, you'll use modern tools to streamline workflows, contribute to process improvements, and support innovative client solutions.

Responsibilities

• Process and verify software and hardware orders for accuracy and completeness
• Maintain up-to-date digital inventory and order records in internal systems
• Coordinate with logistics, customer success, and sales to ensure on-time delivery
• Monitor order status, track shipments, and resolve fulfillment issues promptly
• Perform quality checks on orders to align with client requirements and SLAs
• Prepare and manage shipping documentation and related records
• Identify and recommend process improvements for fulfillment workflows
• Use ERP or order management tools to manage daily operational tasks
• Support cross-functional projects related to fulfillment and operations
• Adhere to company policies, data accuracy standards, and security protocols
