Job Description



Title: Full Stack Developer


Location: Mclean, VA


Key Responsibilities





  • Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable enterprise applications and microservices.





  • Develop backend services using Java, Python, Go, or Kotlin.





  • Build frontend applications using JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frameworks.





  • Work with Kubernetes as part of day-to-day development and deployment activities.





  • Understand and follow CI/CD pipeline processes and best practices.





  • Develop and maintain automated tests using Test-Driven Development (TDD) practices.





  • Build and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices.





  • Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.





  • Collaborate with engineering, DevOps, QA, and product teams.





  • Communicate technical challenges, solutions, project status, and risks effectively.



Required Skills




  • Strong backend development experience with Java or Python.





  • Experience with Go or Kotlin is a plus.





  • Strong experience with JavaScript and/or TypeScript.





  • Hands-on experience with Node.js.





  • Experience with Angular or another modern JavaScript framework such as React or Vue.js.





  • Strong understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.





  • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes in development or production environments.





  • Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and software delivery best practices.





  • Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and automated testing.





  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
